Southwest Dental Arts is pleased to offer an in-office dental benefit program for our patients who do not have dental insurance coverage. This plan allows our patients to receive optimal dental care without traditional dental insurance.
The cost for the program is essentially the same as the fee for both annual preventive care visits, wrapped up in one fee!
Dental services include:
- Cleanings (two per benefit period) All necessary exams, all necessary X-rays
- 20% off any necessary restorative or elective dental treatment
- 10% off orthodontics or sleep apnea treatment

- No waiting periods

- No claims to file
- No insurance denial
Provisions
No maximums. The plan cannot be combined with any other insurance plans. Benefits are not transferrable. Payment in full is expected at time of service.
