Meet Our Dental Team – Boise, ID

Andrea, Treatment Coordinator

Andrea loves meeting new people and creating long-lasting relationships with our patients. Nothing makes her happier than watching someone’s confidence grow when they see their brand-new smile. Andrea attended the College of Western Idaho and became a Certified Dental Assistant in 2020. She did dental assisting for one year before deciding that the front office was more of a fitting and enjoyable role for her.

Back at home, Andrea has a chihuahua named Batman, a Labrador retriever named Starr, and a wonderful chunky cat named Marbles. Other than spending time with her animals, she likes to read, listen to music, and hang out with family and friends.

Halley, Hygiene Appointment Coordinator

Halley brings years of medical experience to our practice. She’s a CMAA (certified medical administrative assistant) through the NHA and has served as a medical assistant as well as a surgical assistant in dermatology. She has also worked in insurance/billing for over seven years and was an office manager at a pediatric therapy clinic for three years.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Halley going to concerts, singing karaoke, and watching the Denver Broncos. She really enjoys alternative/pop-punk bands like Hot Mulligan, Blink 182, and Dance Gavin Dance! But it’s her adorable son, Camdyn, along with her dog and two cats, that get most of her attention and keep her on her toes.

Mary, Registered Dental Hygienist

With well over a decade of experience in the dental field, Mary was a dental assistant for five years in South Florida, where she achieved her certification in Restorative Functions, Preventative Functions, and Dental Assisting. She later earned her certification in dental hygiene as well as in laser dentistry, nitrous oxide, and local anesthetics. Over the years, she’s worked in multiple states like Florida, Nevada, and Idaho. Her favorite part of her job is the ability to build relationships with her patients while helping them achieve their personal health goals.

Originally from Boca Raton, FL, Mary has a wide range of hobbies, including thrifting, paddleboarding, fishing, camping, interior design, crafting, and going to concerts. At home, she enjoys hanging out with her two miniature pinchers and a dachshund.

Kayla, Dental Assistant

Kayla is all about creating lasting relationships with our patients so we can create beautiful smiles for them. Originally from Dallas, she likes to go to the movies, lift weights, attend concerts, and spend time with her siblings, niece, and nephew.

Roman, Dental Assistant

Born and raised in Pueblo, CO, Roman studied at Colorado State College - Pueblo and Pueblo Community College for his certification in dental assisting. He worked mainly in a pediatric dental office for three years, helping patients meet their needs. He enjoys making patients feel comfortable and connecting with them during their visits so that they have a more pleasant experience.

Both of Roman’s parents are from Mexico and he loves spending as much time with them and their loved ones as possible. Outside of dental assisting, he has multiple passions like learning to play the guitar, hiking, and listening to music—the food to the soul. He also enjoys drag racing on Fridays with his crew/team. One fun fact about him is that he has 9 toes!

Ismaelia, Dental Hygienist

Originally from Blackfoot, ID, Ismaelia has been part of the dental world for a couple of years and counting. She studied at Idaho State University and worked as a pediatric dental assistant for a summer between her junior and senior years of hygiene school. Today, she enjoys learning as much as possible while meeting new people and providing essential oral health care.

Ismaelia is the youngest of four siblings and she loves hanging out with them and their loved ones whenever she can. Other than helping patients with their smiles, she also enjoys shopping, trying new local coffee shops, working out, and traveling. Her first language was also Spanish!
